01

Reply within 1 business day.

Not a week. Not "soon." One business day, every time.

02

30-minute intro, no decks.

One honest conversation. No slides, no scripts, no pitch.

03

We'll tell you if we're not the fit.

And we'll recommend the right shop if we know one.

◆ Start the conversation

Tell us about the project.

The more specific, the better. If you're not sure yet — that's fine too. We'll sort it out on the call.

Digits — Start a Conversation

We reply within 1 business day. Your info stays with us — we don't add you to any list you didn't ask to join.

◆ What happens after you hit send

Four honest steps.

We're allergic to black-box intake processes. Here's exactly what happens when you send the form — no surprises, no sales funnel, no drip campaign.

01

Shawn reads it.

Your form lands with Shawn first. He reads it the same day, figures out whether it's a fit, and writes back within one business day.

◆ Shawn Harbour · Sales
02

30-minute intro call.

One call. No decks, no scripts. Just an honest conversation about the work, the timeline, the budget, and whether we're the right shop.

◆ Shawn + Roby if it's a fit
03

Scoped proposal.

If we agree to go forward, a written proposal lands within a week — fixed scope, clear timeline, transparent cost. No surprises, no hourly meter.

◆ Roby + Jacob · CCO & CFO
04

Kickoff on the calendar.

Proposal accepted? Rayne locks the kickoff date, sends the engagement schedule, and we're off. Day one, the full executive team is in the room.

◆ Rayne Robertson · COO
◆ The fine print

Questions asked often.

or at least expected.
01 How long does a typical engagement take?

Depends on the Good. Startup Launch and Brand Restart run 8–16 weeks. Sales Enablement and Product Release run 4–10 weeks. Brand Awareness is an ongoing engagement, typically month-to-month or quarter-to-quarter.

02 What does it cost?

We scope every engagement individually because every brief is different. After the intro call and a short written brief, we send back a fixed-scope quote — not an hourly estimate, not a range, not a "let's see how it goes." No hourly billing. No scope-creep invoices. If the work genuinely expands, we talk about it before anything changes.

03 Do you work with clients outside Dallas?

Almost always. The practice is remote-first by design. We've worked with clients across multiple states and counting. In-person kickoffs and critical working sessions happen when the project calls for it — otherwise, video calls for everything, async for the rest.

04 We're not sure which Good we need. Can you help?

Yes — that's exactly what the brand review is for. 30 minutes, no decks, honest recommendation. We'll point you to the right starting line, whether it's one of our Goods, a different service, or a different shop entirely.

05 What if we're not a good fit?

We'll tell you. We turn down more work than we take, usually because a bigger agency or a specialized freelancer would serve the brief better. No hard feelings — we'd rather recommend the right shop than take the wrong job.

06 Do you offer support after launch?

Built into every engagement. Three-, six-, and twelve-month check-ins come standard — Rayne runs them. If you need more than that (ongoing advisory, retainer work, brand-stewardship support), we can structure that separately.

07 Can we see more work than what's on the Cred page?

Yes — the case studies on Cred are our current published book. Older work and NDA-protected engagements can be walked through in the intro call or follow-up, on request.

◆ Not ready for a full conversation?

Start with a brand review instead.

Send us the link to what you have — site, deck, identity, whatever exists today. We'll send back a short, honest write-up of what's working, what isn't, and where the biggest wins are hiding. Free. No call required.
